Riya is a multidisciplinary product leader, obsessed with leveraging first principles thinking and human-centred design to create 11-star user experiences. Prior to co-founding Framework and previously Founders Academy, her career spanned macro investing, social enterprise, innovation consulting and tech startups. She holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge, an MSc from Cass Business School, and is a fellow of Makers Academy & On Purpose. When not geeking out on heutagogy (the theory and practice of self-determined learning), you can usually find Riya on her yoga mat or her road bike.
Asha is a WashU computer scientist turned Harvard MBA who has spent her career developing transformative experiences at the intersection of people, technology and education. After her first chapter as a developer, she spent nearly seven years in a variety of leadership roles at EF Education First, the world's leading international education company, before joining startups in 2017. Asha loves fostering cultures that are inclusive and highly collaborative, where everyone is empowered to do their very best work. In her spare time, you can find her sneaking in early morning HIIT workouts and listening to NPR podcasts.
Tomos is a seasoned EdTech leader and engineer, passionate about using technology to super-charge education and amplify positive societal impact. Before Framework, Tomos studied the craft of software development at all levels of seniority, within organisations ranging from one-room startups to FTSE100 companies. Tomos holds an MA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford. When not obsessing about how to deliver software faster and more safely, Tomos can mostly be found wrangling his kids, or on a Touch Rugby field.
Nash is a software developer that specialises in cross platform mobile development. Over the years he has gained experience in multiple facets of IT from building servers and managing databases, all the way through to creating websites and releasing multiple apps across multiple platforms. His input helps to craft and deliver a quality mobile experience that makes our app delightful to use. As an avid gamer, he is often found behind a screen - either coding or gaming.
Greg loves to build software that makes the world a better place. He takes great pride in his work, striving to write beautiful and maintainable code. However he's not interested in technology for its own sake, but in producing high quality software that brings huge value to its users. Before joining Framework, Greg spent four years developing the leading social care finance software. Greg holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Oxford. In his free time, you'll find him out for a run, reviewing his Anki cards, or enjoying the company of his church community.
Chantelle is passionate about building thriving communities and connecting people to help them achieve their ambitious goals. She has dedicated her career to supporting school leaders, students, organisations and professionals to achieve success through award-winning professional development and leadership programmes. Before joining Framework, Chantelle worked as a classroom teacher and then as a community builder in the social enterprise, higher education and EdTech sectors. In her free time, you'll find Chantelle at the theatre, delving into a good book, or taking care of her many plants!
Imogen works at the helm of content teams, specialising in leading the delivery of quality, scalable content across a range of channels. The core of her experience comes from 10 years working for Bauer Consumer Media, a division of Europe’s largest privately-owned publishing group, Benivo, an award-winning tech startup, and Mind the Product, the world’s largest community of product managers. Her passion is taking content from average to awesome! In her spare time, Imogen likes to be active—you’ll find her out walking with her dog Pip, playing tennis or in the gym.
Cristin is a 20-year Google veteran, where she led Global Education Marketing, bringing to market Workspace for Education, Google Classroom and Chromebooks for Education and founded the educator community Google Certified Innovators. Cristin also played a leadership role on the Workforce Development team, looking after Google Career Certificates and the Grow with Google NYC Learning Center. Cristin currently heads up Matron Saints, a women’s coaching consultancy, is a partner at Lede Labs, an Education and Workforce Development consultancy. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and daughter and bakes a mean Strawberry Rhubarb Pie.
After a brief stint as a classroom teacher where he first saw the power of using technology for learning, Ian pursued an M.Ed. in EdTech at the University of Manchester. His career has allowed him to work in 5 countries and across multiple domains where he has sought to work for purpose-driven businesses, directing engaging and enriching experiences for mobile and web. Outside of work he can be found admiring and photographing the built-environment on a daily urban walk in his neighbourhood.
Thea joined Startupland straight out of university and quickly realised that her skills and interests lay in education. Thea specialises in building accessible, scalable learning content focused on 21st-Century skills and believes deeply in the power of technology as a learning tool. Working with partners such as the OECD, the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education and Tata Consultancy Thea has a track record of delivering top-notch digital learning experiences. In her spare time, Thea is an avid cook and hopes to publish a food culture book inspired by her time living in the Middle East— her dog, Min, remains her harshest critic.
Isaac is a passionate Product Manager who is data obsessed and outcome focused. Before joining Framework, he worked across EdTech and MedTech building winning products through incredible user experiences. Isaac is an eternal optimist who loves solving problems with great teammates. Outside of Framework you can usually find Isaac on a basketball court, riding a snow/surf/skateboard or sitting behind a drum kit.
For Zack, lifelong learning is a key motivator, and he readily applies this passion towards digesting complex information and transforming it into engaging, informative, no-nonsense content. Before Framework, Zack filled various editorial roles, spending five years at Circus Street, where he produced learning experiences across multiple content formats for an audience of over half a million users. In his spare time, Zack can often be found reading anything, questioning everything, and trying a little too hard to make his friends laugh.
Aaron is an award-winning Product Designer who specialises in User Experience Design. Before Framework, Aaron previously spent his career building design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences for fast-moving startups and corporate products. Having previously spoken at UX Cambridge on ‘UX Within Design Agencies’, he’s an advocate for user-first company cultures and passionate about understanding the needs of users through validation and insight. Aaron can be found in front of a Mac pushing pixels, speaking to users or tussling kids, sometimes simultaneously.
Aneesh is a serial entrepreneur and multiple founder, passionate about financial inclusion and an ardent defender of consumer rights. Accolades include British Council Young Entrepreneur, Technology Innovator of the Year in the Credit Sector, perfect score on the Cambridge course for Advanced Mathematics aged 15. When not sharing learnings on how to become a better CEO, Aneesh can often be found airborne, as a recreational pilot.
Chris led everything Ops, Product, People and Partner related at hyper-growth global pet wellness business, Front of the Pack, Taking the business from zero to $15M ARR in ~3 months post-launch. A visiting lecturer at London Business School, Chris has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Closing Bell at the NYSE. Chris is passionate about closing the gender pay gap in startup salaries. When not at work, Chris can sometimes be heard playing some piano on Denmark Street or seen painted blue running around the Edinburgh Fringe putting on plays.
Dhruv has spent years building deep tech / AI products, as founder and product manager. He currently manages the largest product squad @ Onfido, using AI to detect document identity fraud. He previously founded Factmata, driven to tackle online misinformation and disinformation, backed by Mark Cuban and founders of Twitter, Zynga and Craigslist. Dhruv is a Forbes 30U30, CogX “UK AI Rising Star” and Top 100 BAME Leaders in Tech. When not shaping the tech literacies within Framework’s curriculum, Dhruv loves using AI for creative pursuits in art and music, and travelling Asia and the Middle East.

Joseph has over six years of experience working in print and digital content creation, ranging from business-to-business magazine articles to digital comic localisation. Joseph joined Framework because he is passionate about lifelong learning — he loves developing new skills, and helping others to do the same. He recently moved back to the UK after a long stint living in Seoul, South Korea, and as you’d expect, he’s a huge fan of Korean food and culture. Joseph spends his free time playing sports, hiking in the countryside and cooking.

Silvia is a digital designer, her work is primarily focused on 2D animations, illustrations and UI design. She has been working across many different sectors and projects, pushing creative boundaries to bring ideas alive and make stories memorable. Outside of work she can be found enjoying live music and theatre performances.

Lauren is a third-year UNC Chapel Hill Computer Scientist and emerging entrepreneur with aspirations to revolutionise EdTech for neurodiverse learners. Prior to her pursuit of Higher Education, Lauren performed Integrated Mathematical Oncology research at Moffitt Cancer Center, founding a team contributing $500k+ to cancer research. Lauren has recently discovered a passion for mobile development, founding App Team Carolina, the only student-led iOS education and development team in the US. If she is not at the beach in her hometown of Tampa, FL, Lauren can be found floating between art projects.
